got a groupon so ordered product as a birthday gift.everything was okay until i received the finished product.

the face was all scratched with black marks. it says if you are unhappy write them an email within 3 days of receiving product and they will reply, so I did. 2 weeks later still no answer from them, i have sent them about 5 emails. These things aren't cheap.

Every time you try calling them it goes to voicemail. HORRIBLE company to deal with and such a rip off.

the head doesn't even bobble.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Thanks, won't order. Online companies, and this sounds like an Asian response, or no response, should make refunds and replacements their priority. Sandy
